Appointment Information
New Clients
The first session is 60 minutes in length which will give your Therapist enough time to complete a consultation with you as well as plenty of time for treatment. The consultation will consist of taking medical history details, discussing your injury or therapy needs and any assessment of injury that is needed. After the necessary paperwork has been completed, your Therapist will discuss a treatment plan with you and with your agreement the treatment will begin.
Shorter first sessions are available if the area needing treatment is small, this can be discussed with the team upon booking.
Return Clients
Length of return sessions will have been discussed with you at the end of your first session to meet your specific needs. The session will start with a recap on how you felt after the previous treatment and if you still have any particular issues. This then allows the Therapist to discuss the treatment option with you again, either to do the same as before (as it is working) or to make any changes to improve your issue faster.
Pricing
All prices are based on session length whether it’s your first or tenth session.

45 minutes - £45
60 minutes - £55
75 minutes - £72
90 minutes - £90
Payment
Payment can be made by credit or debit card (including American Express), cash or via bank transfer.
If you want to treat a friend or family member we have gift cards or vouchers available to buy. These can be for special occasions like birthdays or Christmas as well as just for a little treat.
